Through its work, Tech Solutions fosters innovation, operational efficiency, and a seamless digital experience across the institution.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.The mission of theNetwork & Cloud Engineeris to maintain and optimize EHL’s campus network infrastructure while leading the migration to Cisco Meraki for cloud-managed networking. This role ensures secure hybrid connectivity in Microsoft Azure and supports both ongoing operations and network modernization initiatives, delivering reliable, scalable, and secure network solutions for a global academic environment.What will you do?Maintain and operate the current network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.Design, implement, and manage campus network upgrades, leading the migration to Cisco Meraki with dashboard configuration, templates, and policy deployment.Coordinate with external network partners for systematic updates, site audits, and continuous improvements.Build and maintain Azure networking components.Define network baselines, lifecycle and firmware plans, configuration backups, and release management; automate repeatable tasks.Strengthen security and Zero Trust principles through segmentation (campus and cloud), NAC/802.1X, secure remote access, and policy governance; align with SSE/SASE initiatives.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, engage TAC/partners, and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions; conduct monthly and quarterly service reviews with KPIs.Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation (diagrams, inventories, SOPs, runbooks) and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to support engineers and stakeholder teams.Who you are?You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, plus certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP and Microsoft AZ-700 (Meraki ECMS is a strong plus).You have 5 years of experience in network engineering across campus/WAN/Wi-Fi and Azure cloud, including infrastructure upgrades and migrations to Cisco Meraki and hybrid architectures.You have hands-on expertise with Cisco switching/wireless, Meraki Dashboard operations, and automation using Meraki APIs.You have deep knowledge of Azure networking.You have strong security skills applying Zero Trust principles, NAC/802.1X, segmentation, secure remote access, and familiarity with SSE/SASE frameworks.You are an excellent communicator, pragmatic and process-driven, skilled in automation (PowerShell, Python) and ideally Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Bicep), and collaborative in coaching teams.You are fluent in English and French (C1); German being an advantage.What we offer?We offer you apermanent contractwithin a business area of an educational institution, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.We offer you responsibility, challenge, development opportunities and encouragement to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.We offer you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our students’, staff and partners’ experience as well as contribute to the growth of our institution.You will enjoy being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary and talented team.Due to the winter vacations, our school will be closed for two weeks.
