It drives initiatives that align with institutional goals, fostering efficiency and innovation.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.The mission of theCareer Center Manageris to lead the Career Center to support students in their professional development, enhance their employability, and create internships and career opportunities aligned with the needs of the hospitality, luxury, and service industries. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring active engagement with students, companies, and internal teams.What will you do?Supervise the Career Center team and collaborate with other departments.Manage the budget and optimize resources.Contribute to the implementation of the Career Center strategy in line with the school’s vision.Monitor key performance indicators such as internship rate, satisfaction, and engagement.Engage with companies to understand their needs, co-create internship opportunities, review job descriptions, and ensure agreements comply with EHL standards and legal requirements.Validate student internship semesters, ensure all documents are compliant and recorded, oversee transcript validation, and act as point of contact during crisis situations or disciplinary committees.Be present and accessible to students through councils, committees, and events to identify needs and co-create initiatives.Manage events, prepare students for the professional world, monitor HR trends, and integrate tools like job boards, AI, and workshops to align with current practices.Who you are?You have a degree in management, HR, or hospitality, with proven experience in career services, recruitment, or corporate relations.You have excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.You are able to manage conflict and make quick, sound decisions.You have strong leadership skills, a service mindset, and a results-oriented approach.You are proficient in digital tools and modern recruitment techniques.You have solid knowledge of the hospitality industry and related career paths.You are calm and responsive in crisis situations, with a hands-on approach to solving problems in real time.You are fluent in French and in English.What we offer?We offer you a permanent contract within a business area of an educational institution, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.We offer you responsibility, challenge, development opportunities and encouragement to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.We offer you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our students’, staff and partners’ experience as well as contribute to the growth of our institution.You will enjoy being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary and talented team.Due to the winter vacations, our school will be closed for two weeks.
