Lead product quality and reliability for complex, high-performance engineering systemsOur client is an engineering company based in French-speaking Switzerland specializing in the design and development of complex custom-designed machines operating in demanding environments. Its machines are developed to meet highly specific customer requirements in technically advanced sectors such as Space, Energy or Transport. Our client delivers high-value systems where performance, compliance and robustness are critical. To strengthen its quality organization, we are looking for a senior professional ready to combine team leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional coordination.Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you play a key part in securing the reliability, compliance, and industrial performance of highly complex engineered systems. Your work directly contributes to product integrity, customer confidence and success of technically demanding projects.You lead a small team of quality engineers and ensure product conformity with customer specifications and regulatory requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
