In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Lead regional business performance, profitability, and market share growth
• Translate global strategies into regional and country execution plans
• Lead and develop regional Sales organizations Managing Directors and leadership teams
• Support multinational customers, strategic customers, and cross-border business opportunities
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
Required profile:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in international B2B industrial business leadership
• Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen
• Experience leading multi-country organizations and matrix structures
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
