To strengthen our team at our global headquarters in Kriens, we are looking for a
Your Responsibility
•
You prepare, adapt, and finalise print-ready files for packaging, POS materials, brochures, leaflets, trade materials, and other brand assets across multiple languages and markets.
•
You execute routine pre-press tasks, including file checks, colour setup, formats, layouts, technical specifications, and print data preparation.
•
You ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy across all outputs in line with CURAPROX brand guidelines.
•
You support the Design & Branding team in production-heavy tasks, adaptations, rollouts, and localisation projects.
•
You prepare and adapt digital assets for websites, newsletters, campaigns, presentations, social media, and other digital touchpoints.
•
You coordinate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, product management, content, and design teams, as well as with external partners including printers, agencies, and suppliers.
•
You manage and maintain digital assets in Frontify, ensuring structure, accessibility, naming consistency, version control, and overall quality.
•
You contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows, templates, asset management processes, and quality standards.
•
You take ownership of precise execution, clean file structures, and efficient delivery of production assets.
Your Profile
•
You have expertise as a Desktop Publisher, Polygraph, or in a comparable print and digital production role.
•
You bring strong expertise in pre-press, print production, file preparation, layout adaptation, and production workflows.
•
You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
•
You have a strong eye for detail and work in a highly structured, precise, and reliable way.
•
You are comfortable handling routine production tasks with consistency, efficiency, and care.
•
You understand brand guidelines and know how to apply them accurately across print and digital assets.
•
You enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
•
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a strong plus.
•
You have a team-oriented, reliable, hands-on mindset and are motivated to support smooth and professional production processes.
•
You have experience with Frontify or a similar digital asset management system. This is a plus, and you will be trained on the job.
