Role descriptionThe O&T Sales Lead OA plays a key role in shaping and executing the Operating Unit’s strategy for the maintenance and repair business in Switzerland. This role ensures the local sales organization is structured, aligned, and fully focused on delivering business priorities and OA performance targets. Working closely with the OA Lead and the O&T Sales Lead OU, the O&T Sales Lead OA drives local initiatives that enhance sales performance, commercial effectiveness, and customer value. A central part of the mission is leading organizational improvements, conducting task and responsibility analysis, and ensuring a clear separation between Sales and Sales Support activities.Success in this position requires strong organizational insight and the ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix environment.
