Procurement Transformation & Sustainability Manager (f/m) 100%
We are looking for a Procurement Transformation & Sustainability Manager to drive the transformation of Franke's procurement organization while embedding sustainability into sourcing and supplier management. In this role, you will lead cross?functional initiatives, support strategic category management with analytics and market intelligence and contribute to key business projects such as supplier strategy development, RFQs, and make?or?buy decisions. In parallel, you will advance sustainable procurement practices, including responsible sourcing, supply chain transparency, and Scope 3 emissions reduction, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Your responsibilities
Procurement Transformation & Strategic Projects

Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects (Buy vs Make analysis, M&A integration support, cost models, operating model improvements, cost transformation initiatives), aimed at strengthening procurement capabilities, governance, and performance

Drive structured project management for strategic procurement initiatives, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

Support the development and maturity of Category Management practices across all divisions, including methodology, strategy frameworks, category analytics, market intelligence

Partner with Procurement leadership to identify strategic value creation opportunities across cost, risk, innovation, and supply resilience

Facilitate collaboration across Procurement, Operations, IT, Sustainability, and Finance to deliver project outcomes and continuous improvement
Procurement Learning & Development

Develop and maintain Procurement ways of working, including category management frameworks, sourcing methodologies, governance standards, and best-practice playbooks

Lead the development of the Procurement Academy, establishing structured learning paths across category management, negotiation, supplier management, sustainability, and strategic sourcing

Support Category Managers in strategy development, providing methodologies, coaching, and structured knowledge sharing to strengthen category management maturity

Develop procurement knowledge assets, including templates, toolkits, case studies, and best-practice routines and repositories to accelerate capability building across the organization

Promote data-driven decision making, leveraging category analytics and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies and procurement performance improvement
Procurement Sustainability

Lead the implementation of Franke's Sustainable Procurement agenda, focusing on Responsible Procurement and Sustainable Sourcing pillars, to increase supply chain transparency and deliver sustainable value for our customers

Support initiatives related to Scope 3 emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and lifecycle impact improvements across key procurement categories

Collaborate with Group Sustainability, Category Managers, and Supply Chain to integrate sustainability considerations into category strategies and procurement decisions

Define, track, and report sustainability KPIs and program progress in alignment with Franke's sustainability commitments
Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Owner of the Procurement governance including routines from the Procurement Leadership Team (PLT)

Coordinate procurement transformation and sustainability reporting, performance tracking, and governance routines

Communicate progress and engage stakeholders across Procurement leadership, internal functions, and suppliers

Monitor ESG regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices to ensure alignment and compliance

Engage suppliers to improve sustainability performance, transparency, and compliance with Franke's standards and expectations
Your skillset

5-10 years of experience in Procurement, Project Management and Sustainability in an international environment

Experience with procurement transformation projects, supplier management, and process improvement initiatives

Strong experience with financial modelling, business cases, and data-driven decision-making enablers

Experience working on sustainability, responsible sourcing, or ESG initiatives within supply chains

Project Management experience with multi-function and cross-country complexity

Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies

Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and procurement digital tools

Strong communicator with excellent facilitation and training capabilities

Collaborative, structured, and comfortable working in a matrix environment

High learning agility, resilience, and proactive ownership

Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution

Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an advantage
