This role contributes to the stability, scalability, and security of the network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality network services and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.In this role, you are responsible to:Design, configure, and implement network infrastructure solutions for campus, branch & retail environments including industrial environments considerations (OT / IoT).Maintain and develop technical documentation and architectural standardsDefine and update work instructions for the network operations teamCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure integrated solutionsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers for project delivery and supportParticipate in small to medium-sized network projects and service transitionsProvide 2nd and 3rd level support for network-related incidents and requestsTake the role of Engineer on Duty according to the planned schedule and role descriptionProfileStrong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching technologies (Cisco Catalyst, CiscoDNA)Experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocolsExperience with Retail environment and Cisco Meraki productsExperience with Cisco unified Wireless is a plus.Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and network security principlesUnderstanding of WAN technologies including MPLS and Riverbed optimizationInterest in network automation and scripting (API, Python)Exposure to ITIL processes and service-oriented practicesCertifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Fortinet NSE, or CompTIA Network+ are considered a plusCustomer focus and service oriented.Willingness to travel occasionally.Professional requirementsBachelor's, Master's or ES degree or equivalent in computer scienceProfessional experience of minimum 2 years in an equivalent role is expectedYou're missing one or two skills in the list, yet you're eager to learn?
