As the Head of our AI Hub, you will enhance and drive JobCloud’s AI strategy, champion adoption across the company, and inspire teams to explore what AI makes possible.This is not a policing or gatekeeping role. It’s a role for an enabler - someone who empowers teams, fuels curiosity, and sparks imagination, on the back of their deep AI understanding. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of around 10 specialists and work closely with leaders across JobCloud to bring AI into the heart of everything we do.Learn more about ourunique cultureandwhy you should work at JobCloud.Your skillsAt least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, with a strong understanding of modern machine learning, data platforms, and automation technologiesProven, inspirational leadership of organization-wide AI or innovation initiatives, with experience motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex or matrixed environmentsDemonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AIExperience building and scaling internal AI capabilities such as AI hubs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI programsStrong partnership skills with product and engineering teams and their leadership (e.g., integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows)Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value, connecting AI opportunities with measurable outcomesIdeally a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focusFull professional proficiency in English, German or French are a plusYour TasksHelp shaping and drive the overall AI vision and strategy, ensuring AI becomes a core enabler of JobCloud’s business goalsAct as the organization’s AI champion, inspiring, educating, and aligning leadership and teams around AI transformationBuild and lead a multidisciplinary AI Hub team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertiseDevelop and operationalize AI frameworks, tools, and playbooks that enable scalable AI adoption across the companyPartner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and help them become AI-enabledDrive AI advocacy and adoption, translating complex concepts, delivering training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learningEnsure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI usage, establishing policies that mitigate risks related to data, regulation, and AI deploymentOur offerThe opportunity to join a company that is a leader in its markets, efficient and forward-lookingStrong culture and leadership mindset with collaboration at eye level, clear values, and inspiring teamsFlexible work models to combine working from our modern Zurich office and remotely, so you can achieve your best work-life balanceInternational environment with remote options, global teams, and a company that sees diversity as a strengthThe freedom to be creative and to implement your own ideasSalary will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, motivation, and how well they match the profile.
