Technology Strategy & ArchitectureDefine and drive Neho’s technology vision and roadmap in line with business goalsLead the design, development, and transformation of our internal platforms, CRM, and digital toolsDrive the strategic evolution of our core technology stack toward an AI-centric architecture, embedding machine learning and intelligent automation to enhance product value, scalability, and operational efficiencyLead architectural decisions across platforms, data, and cloud strategyEstablish best practices across software development, DevOps, testing, and quality2. LeadershipRecruit senior engineers and engineering leaders as the organization scalesLead and structure a fully remote team of 20 developers, provide guidance and develop internal leadersEnable and support teams in adopting AI-driven approaches while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals3. Execution & Delivery ExcellenceEnsure fast, reliable, and predictable delivery of product and platform initiativesEstablish effective delivery processes (Agile/Shape-Up/Hybrid)Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependenciesHold teams accountable for outcomes, not just output4. Quality, Security & Operational StabilitySet standards for code quality, testing, and reviewsOwn system reliability, monitoring, and incident responseEnsure security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc. where relevant)Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks as the platform scales5.
