In this key role, you will be a primary point of contact for employees across our campuses and ensure a smooth, positive and compliant employee experience.
With a varied and operational scope, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, support wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative and caring campus culture.
You will be working from our Glion and Bulle Campuses.Responsibilities:Employee lifecycle & supportManage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding/induction to departureEnsure accurate and compliant HR data and employee filesAct as the main HR contact for apprentices and traineesProvide first-line HR support to employees and managersSupport conflict management, disciplinary meetings and terminations when requiredAdvise employees on insurance, social security, tax, immigration and payroll topicsRecruitmentHandle recruitment administration (job postings, screening, interviews, references)Manage end-to-end recruitmentsSupport and train managers on recruitment practicesEngagement, Events & CultureSupport wellbeing and engagement initiativesCoordinate monthly and annual staff events in collaboration with the HR Business PartnerContribute to a positive and inclusive workplace cultureTime, Absence & PayrollAdvise on time and absence managementSupport return-to-work follow-ups and long-term casesAssist with payroll data transfer and follow-upsHR operations & Team supportPrepare various HR documents and reportsSupport HR projects, Staff Committee activities and process improvementsProvide operational backup to HR team members when neededProfile and experiences:HR Diploma "Certificat d'assistant/e en gestion du personnel" (mandatory)Additional degree or certification in HR (asset)Minimum 5-7 years of proven HR experience in administration, recruitment, and payroll coordination, ideally in an international or multi-site environmentExperience providing employee support/counselling in complex, fast-evolving environmentsFluent French & English (spoken and written)Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security, tax and payroll; knowledge of UK legislation is a plusExceptional administrative precision with proven ability to handle high-volume, detailed tasks without errorsStrong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to independently structure workload and meet deadlinesMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn HR systems quicklyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, supportive and service-minded approachDemonstrated ability to follow up, close actions, and ensure tasks are completed fully and on timeStrong understanding of counselling principles, confidentiality, and conflict resolutionHigh level of autonomy, accountability and reliability able to work with minimal supervision and anticipate next stepsRigorous attention to detail, with the ability to double-check work and ensure accuracy across all HR processesCompassionate and empathetic approach when supporting employeesProactive mindset, able to propose improvements and take initiativeTeam player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across tasks and projectsOther information:Type of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity rate: 100%Location: weekly presence divided between Glion & Bulle campuses with home office possibilitiesStart date: January / February 2026.
