We are looking for a highly skilled Manager with with expertise in IAM, CIAM, PAM, and business development. Must have experience with IAM (e.g., SailPoint, Omada, OneIdentity, Saviynt) and PAM (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea,) solutions. You'll drive business development activities, run client engagements, manage projects, and expand KPMG's cybersecurity services.

Your contribution to KPMG
Client Engagement & Business Development:

Develop and nurture client relationships, being responsible for driving business development activities, which includes identifying new opportunities, developing client proposals, and leading successful pitches in CIAM, IAM and PAM

Lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders to identify security needs and present tailored solutions

Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand KPMG's market presence in the IAM and PAM sectors

Stay informed of industry trends and evolving client needs, offering thought leadership to clients and the internal team
Project Leadership & Execution:

Lead IAM and PAM projects from design to deployment, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget goals while aligning with client business needs

Oversee solution architecture using technologies like SailPoint and CyberArk, and guide teams for seamless execution

Guide teams through solution design, configuration, and deployment, ensuring a smooth and efficient project execution
Technical Expertise & Knowledge Sharing:

Offer IAM and PAM expertise, lead educational sessions, and collaborate with KPMG's cybersecurity team to enhance client security and tackle complex challenges
This is what makes you successful
Parcours professionnel:

Over 5 years in cybersecurity with expertise in IAM, PAM, including a successful track record in project management and client engagement

Familiar with IT governance and compliance (GDPR, NIST, etc.), and adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications are a plus
Soft Skills and Business Development:

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities, lead sales efforts, and drive growth in the IAM and PAM space

Experience in developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions to potential clients

Established network within the CIO, CISO, CxO community in Switzerland

Effective communicator and team player, adept at multitasking in dynamic settings

Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
Languages:

Fluency in English (required) and German or French is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages with clients and teams
