The role will provide reports & analysis, drive CRM efficiency, prepare regular business reviews, help coordinate yearly sales compensation planning, develop sales processes and support sales planning & forecasting.Duties and Responsibilities:Support international sales teams requestsCreate & develop reports & analysisOptimize & implement CRM and sales toolsDrive weekly CRM pipeline reviewsMaintain & improve CRM data and processesAutomate sales tools & tasksCreate & coordinate sales business reviews with FP&AWork with the Finance team to provide Sales data to prepare business reviewsProvide data & comments about top deals & contractsSupport sales planning & forecasting processesReview & analyze sales trends for internationalProvide data about large deals & contractsCoordinate sales compensation planningCoordinate & implement yearly compensation plans for internationalSupport sales quotas set-upMinimum Education:Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Business or related field is requiredDesired Training and Experience Required:7 years of experience in sales operation or analytical roleAdvanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across teams and levelsProficiency in English and written skills, other languages an advantageExperience working in a US company and multinational environmentAre you looking for uncommon opportunities with an extraordinary company?
