Career Business Partner - CDM
The fonction of the
Career Business Partner
is to offer students personalized career support within the framework of their academic internships’ requirements.
What will you do?

Communicate clearly with students about career services, tools, procedures, and events, and deliver presentations adapted to rotating schedules.

Provide personalized support to students throughout their internship search, based on individual reflection and actions.

Review, assess, and compare internship applications, job offers, and related documentation.

Support and validate internship applications, including receiving and archiving required documents.

Follow up with students during internships to ensure strong learning outcomes.

Liaise with industry partners and interns, including travel to internship destinations when needed.

Mediate between interns and host organizations when issues arise and manage changes or complexities in internships.

Operate effectively in crisis situations affecting internships, maintaining calm, objectivity, and empathy.

Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously while prioritizing needs effectively.

Contribute to content creation, workshops, career events, student funding programs (ERASMUS , My Own Start Up), and continuous improvement through feedback.
Who you are?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

You have 3 to 4 years of professional experience.

You are familiar with career management tools, interview practices, and coaching approaches (an asset).

You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

You are welcoming, service-oriented, and proactive, with a strong can-do mindset.

You are empathetic and demonstrate strong intercultural awareness.

You have strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

You have a genuine interest in career development and student support.

You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to work simultaneously with multiple software tools.

You are fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
