In this role you will be accountable for:
•
Supporting the evaluation, screening, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic investment opportunities
•
Building, maintaining, and analyzing financial models, business cases, and valuation scenarios to support investment decisions
•
Coordinating and supporting due diligence activities across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
•
Preparing high-quality investment materials, management presentations, and decision-making documentation for senior leadership
•
Driving market research, competitive analyses, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and strategic insights
•
Supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and deliverables
•
Monitoring project progress, tracking timelines, and providing structured reporting and status updates to key stakeholders
•
Collaborating closely with internal business functions, external advisors, and leadership teams, including supporting post-merger integration activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
•
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
•
2–3 years of professional parcours professionnel in consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or a comparable analytical environment
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
•
Solid financial modeling and valuation knowledge, combined with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
•
A structured, detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in collaborating across functions and organizational levels
•
A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
•
Business fluent English, both written and spoken
Ideally, you also bring:
•
Exposure to M&A, transaction processes, or due diligence activities
•
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
•
Familiarity with financial databases, reporting tools, or BI solutions
