The Central File / Client Documentation Officer is responsible for the management, control and maintenance of client master files, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations, internal policies, and international standards

A private bank in Geneva.
Description
•
Create, review and maintain client central files (individuals, companies, trusts, foundations)
•
Ensure completeness, accuracy and proper archiving of KYC / KYT documentation
•
Perform periodic and event-driven KYC reviews
•
Verify onboarding documentation in accordance with FINMA, AML and internal policies
•
Act as a key contact for Relationship Managers regarding documentation requirements
•
Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations for file validation and approvals
•
Monitor missing or expired documents and follow up proactively
•
Ensure data consistency between documentation, client systems and regulatory records
•
Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and inspections
•
Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation standardization
•
Contribute to risk mitigation related to client documentation and regulatory compliance
Profile
•
5-10 years of experience in Client Documentation / Central File / KYC within private banking
•
Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations (FINMA, AMLA)
•
Solid understanding of private banking structures (HNWIs, UHNWIs, corporate structures)
•
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•
Ability to manage a high volume of files with strict deadlines
•
Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset
•
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with front office
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and regulated environment
•
Swiss resident mandatory
•
French and English fluency
•
S2i, a plus
