Our client is looking for a
Payroll Specialist
to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple cantons, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

Missions
•
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across
three Swiss cantons
•
Ensure compliance with
Swiss payroll regulations, tax and social security requirements
•
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
•
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners where applicable
•
Maintain and update employee payroll data within the system
•
Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
•
Contribute to payroll process improvements and system optimization
Profil du candidat
•
Proven experience in
payroll administration in Switzerland
•
Background in a
fiduciary/treuhand environment
is highly valued, or strong parcours professionnel managing
in-house payroll
•
Good knowledge of
Swiss labor law, social security, and taxation
•
Experience working with
ERP systems
(a strong plus)
•
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
•
Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
•
Fluent in
English
(French and/or German are a plus)
