Our diverse competencies, including AI & Data, Cyber Security, Technology Strategy and Transformation, and Finance Platforms, collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive technological advancements that empower our clients to achieve their goals.Your key responsibilitiesBusiness Development (30%):Drive business development efforts focused on Technology Transformation and Data & AI solutions within the local market.Build and maintain strong relationships with local financial institutions, including banks and wealth and asset managers.Leverage an established local network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.People Management (20%):Support project staffing and local hiring initiatives to expand the team in alignment with growth objectives.Collaborate with existing team leads to enhance team capabilities and manage a growing workforce.Lead and mentor teams of up to 30 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Project Delivery (50%):Oversee the delivery and quality of local projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.Manage technical project delivery in the Financial Services sector, focusing on innovative solutions such as AI-powered tools, onboarding automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in project execution.What we look forMSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services sector, with a strong focus on technology consulting and project delivery.Proven track record in business development and sales roles, with experience in opportunity management and a robust local client network.Strong knowledge of Banking and Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) products, including investment strategies, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with Banking technology platforms and architectures, including core banking systems, CRM solutions, and data management frameworks.Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java, or similar.Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric.Strong problem-solving abilities, a flexible and proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.Full professional proficiency in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus.Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad to collaborate with international teams and clients.What's in it for youHere at EY, you'll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
