Your responsibilities:
•
Assist the Global Director of the Department in various international projects.
•
Provide administrative and logistical support to a growing Department.
•
Produce analytical reports on highly confidential information.
•
Develop tools and methodologies to manage projects.
•
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure the implementation of new programs.
•
Liaise with external partners and suppliers to ensure that projects run smoothly.
•
Oversee all construction projects and follow up on project status regularly.
Your profile :
•
Native-level proficiency in both French and English is required.
•
Additional languages are a plus.
•
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•
Experience in back-office management in a highly demanding and international environment.
•
Computer literate: solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
•
Autonomous and resourceful hard worker with strong ability to multitask.
•
Helpful team player, discrete with high sense of confidentiality.
