We are looking for a senior creative professional who leads and produces visual content across video and photography. This is a hands-on role: you direct, you shoot, you deliver. You will manage a small team (Desktop Publisher and intern), work with external agencies, and explore how AI can make content creation faster and more scalable. You also work closely with our international affiliates to keep visual identity consistent across markets.
The environment is lean and fast-moving. You need strong judgment about what to prioritise, what to produce in-house versus externally, and where to invest effort for the greatest return. We need someone who is senior in experience and mindset, not someone who waits for direction.

Your main tasks
•
Lead and personally produce visual content, including filming, photography, and on-set work. You stay close to execution, not just oversight
•
Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across all assets and markets
•
Prioritise and deliver projects in a resource-constrained environment
•
Decide what gets produced in-house and what goes to external partners, then manage those partners and the budget
•
Identify and implement AI tools that genuinely improve creative production (editing, asset generation, workflow automation)
•
Integrate AI into day-to-day workflows and help the team build confidence with new tools
•
Manage and develop a Desktop Publisher and a Desktop Publisher Intern. Keep the team small, focused, and high-performing
•
Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align on priorities and manage expectations honestly
•
Communicate clearly on timelines, constraints, and trade-offs
•
Act as the main contact for affiliates on visual identity, look and feel, and asset adaptation across local markets
•
Develop templates, toolkits, and guidelines that give affiliates autonomy while protecting global consistency
•
Manage affiliate requests proactively so the team does not become a production bottleneck
Your profile
•
Significant hands-on experience in visual content creation (video and photography), not only direction or strategy
•
Track record of delivering in lean environments with limited internal resources
•
Proven ability to manage agencies, external partners, and production budgets
•
Parcours professionnel integrating AI into creative workflows with measurable results, or a clear willingness to experiment seriously
•
Experience building SOPs, templates, or scalable production frameworks that others can use independently
•
Senior in judgment. You make decisions, own the outcome, and do not depend on hierarchy to act
•
Solution-oriented and pragmatic, especially when resources are tight and demands are high
•
Pragmatic about AI: you focus on what works, not what is trendy
•
Resilient under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
•
Strong stakeholder manager who can navigate competing priorities, tension, and pushback without losing focus
