Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage and continuously improve their enterprise systems landscape. In this role, you will ensure the effective operation of core business systems, drive digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the optimization of internal processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting system users and leading projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and innovation.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure the stable operation and ongoing development of the ERP system and related interfaces
•
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes with a focus on digitalization
•
Evaluate, plan, and implement new software solutions and system enhancements
•
Manage and deliver projects across the digital systems landscape
•
Drive integration and effective use of modern technologies, including AI-based solutions
•
Oversee system integrations and interface management
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process consistency
•
Provide training, support, and guidance to system users and key users
•
Maintain and improve system and process documentation
•
Define and enforce standards and best practices
•
Support audits and compliance-related activities
•
Contribute to budget planning and reporting
•
Conduct market and technology research to inform system strategy
•
Participate in cross-functional and interdisciplinary initiatives
Your Profile
•
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
•
Proven expertise in ERP management and enterprise systems environments
•
Solid understanding of process management and digital transformation
•
Parcours professionnel managing projects in a structured and results-oriented manner
•
Familiarity with modern technologies and tools, including AI solutions, is an advantage
•
Strong analytical and structured way of working
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•
Ability to translate technical topics into understandable concepts
•
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong service focus
•
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
