The company's shares are listed in the United States on NASDAQ under the symbol XRAY.Reporting to theAdvanced Technologies Director, the Senior Project Leader will Lead special machines projects of higher complexity (above 700 k CHF) as well as production machines development program of the Advanced Technologies Service for the 3D printing and Machining Group of Dentsply Sirona.He-she will ensure the adequate technical compliance, the requested deadline and deliver within the financial budget.ResponsibilitiesEdit the project CharterEdit and let validate the equipment technical specifications based upon the functional and design specification (FDS), according to the customer expectation (URS).Edit the Quality Project Plan (QPP)Build up the project team and identify the needs of resources.Plan, schedule and coordinate the various activities of the different project phases. Drive and lead the meetings accordingly.Insure the costs and the deadline of the Project are under control and remain within the envelop.Release a monthly reportInsure that the machine is compliant with the CE regulations and other appropriate directives and laws.Insure the appropriate training is given to the final users.Organize the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). In case coordinate as well as the OQ and PQ phases.Insure the machine is transported in a safe condition to the final destination, with adequate insurance fees.Propose technical solutions which may improve the machines efficiencies, reduce the cost or simplify the assembling lead timeParticipate to the feasibility's studies meetingsLead feasibility studies for Higher technical projects and processesNegotiate with the customers and suppliers outstanding issuesDepending on the needs of the company, the employee may be entrusted with and asked to perform other tasks related to his/her competence.Profile requestedEducated to a Bachelor and/or Master in Engineering sciencePMP certification or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification) is a plusSeveral years with proven experiences in a similar industrial environment as special Machine Project leaderEnglish C1,Great communication skills - teamwork and presentationsdrive for results,customer oriented,Resilient and solution providerGood knowledge of the current Machine Directive 2006/42/ECAs part of our team, you'll experience the spirit of an international and innovative market leader in the dental industry.
