Sales Manager, New Units Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis
• Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization for large scale GT-based power projects
• Represent Ansaldo Energia and drive the sales projects with our customers, through internal processes.

• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions
• Profound experience in commercial and technical negotiations for large scale projects
• Knowledge of power plants technology, the main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines as well as cost parameters for power projects
• Knowledge of drivers in today’s power industry and projects
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
