Your mission: analyse, document, and optimise business processes end-to-end — lead the implementation of key 3rd-party systems — and own the product development of our in-house applications together with Engineering and the CTO.This is a role for someone with experience in BPM and project delivery who is eager to grow into a leadership position — with a clear path towards Head of Digital Transformation & Process Excellence. You’ll learn from our Chief Information Officer and work in close collaboration with an experienced IT team.Place of work: Dällikon, Zurich area — HybridStart: immediately or by arrangementYour MissionAs a Digital Transformation Manager in our Digital Transformation & Process Excellence team, you sit at the intersection of business, processes, and technology. You analyse how we work today, design how we should work tomorrow, and drive the execution — whether that means optimising a core business process, implementing a major 3rd-party system, or leading the development of an in-house application.You ensure that processes, systems, and data flows work seamlessly together. You take on Product Ownership of internal tools and applications, ensuring their roadmaps support efficient operations and business growth.You work in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe-inspired) and collaborate closely with our CTO, UX/UI Designer, and the wider IT team. Your work directly influences how our company scales — and you'll grow with it, with a clear path towards Head of Digital Transformation & Process Excellence.Your Responsibilities📊 Process Analysis & BPM ExcellenceAnalyse, map, and document business processes end-to-endStructure workflows using BPM best practices (e.g. BPMN, SIPOC, RACI, Value Streams)Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunitiesCollaborate with teams across the company to validate, challenge, and redesign processesEnsure documentation is up-to-date, centralised, and accessible🧭 Process Design & OptimisationRedesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and data qualityAlign process changes with business goals, system capabilities, and organisational constraintsEnsure harmonisation of cross-departmental workflows (e.g. Business Performance → Business Operations → Customer Care → Finance)Support teams in adopting new workflows and ensure no process exists only "in theory"Leverage your deep technological understanding to identify process improvements that others might miss🚀 3rd-Party System Implementation & Project LeadershipLead end-to-end projects for implementing major 3rd-party applications (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Accounting, ERP modules)Own the discovery, vendor evaluation support, requirements definition, and rollout planningTranslate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverablesEnsure alignment with C-Level, stakeholders, and operational teamsManage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors throughout the implementationMeasure project impact with clear KPIs and ensure results are durable🛠️ In-House Product Ownership & DevelopmentOwn and lead a product team that develops applications in-house (Backend, Frontend, QA)Maintain and prioritise the product backlog aligned with business process improvementsWrite epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the teamDrive sprint planning, refinements, and reviews in our agile (Scrum/SAFe-inspired) frameworkEnsure user needs and operational realities are reflected in the product roadmapWork closely with the CTO on technical direction and architecture decisionsCoordinate rollouts and support change management across the organisation🧪 Discovery & Requirements EngineeringCollect and structure business requirements across departmentsBreak down processes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaValidate technical feasibility together with Engineering and the CTOEnsure requirements are understood and implemented correctlyBridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration & ImpactWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, Operations, and the C-LevelFacilitate workshops, process reviews, and decision sessionsCommunicate timelines, risks, and results for the companyYour ProfileExperience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or Process Consulting — you don't need to know everything, but you bring a solid foundationExperience in digital project management in cross-functional environmentsFamiliarity with BPM best practices (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, RACI, etc.)Strong analytical mindset — you can understand complex systems and break them downDeep technological understanding that allows you to confidently collaborate with Engineering & the CTO and identify tech-driven process improvementsExperience with or strong interest in Product Ownership and backlog managementUnderstanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)Strong stakeholder communication skills — you can talk to the C-Level and
