Join a leading consulting firm in Zurich, where you'll help global organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture and navigate complex digital transformation challenges. In this senior leadership role, you will work with executives across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial product sectors to design and deliver security strategies that enable innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.CyberSecurity DirectorYOUR MISSIONAs Cybersecurity Director, you will lead a global delivery team and guide clients through the full lifecycle of cybersecurity strategy and transformation"”from concept to execution. You will play a key role in expanding the firm's cybersecurity practice by identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving large-scale security transformation programs.- Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity transformation projects across OT, IT, and supply chain domains.- Define and implement target operating models that bridge IT and OT environments.- Develop scalable, strategic client relationships and drive long-term growth.- Build and grow a high-performing, multicultural cybersecurity delivery team.- Identify emerging market trends and create innovative service offerings to meet client needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure integrated program delivery.- Promote a culture of innovation and foster collaboration between people and technology.PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial product environments.- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling global cybersecurity teams.- Strong background in one or more of the following domains: OT security, supply chain security, IAM, managed services, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, incident response, or regulatory compliance (e.g. NIS2, EU CRA).- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development or strategic account management.- Up-to-date understanding of technology and security trends in OT and industrial systems.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are an asset.- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.- Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
