By acting as a coach and a consultant, you will help managers determine the best path forward for their teams. You will foster a positive work environment between management and employees and address any HR-related issues.ResponsibilitiesIn this position, your main responsibilities and tasks will include:Manage personnel sourcing and recruitment for Swatch HQAnalyse needs and personnel selection in collaboration with the operational managersNegotiate compensation with candidates and issue proposals and contractsAdvise and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues and support change initiativesAct as a single point of contact for the employees and managers (>250 employees)Manage the on-boarding and exit of new and existing employeesOrganise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if neededParticipate in the development and optimization of HR processes, collaborate on different HR projectsHandle warnings and contract terminationsUpdate and control Job Descriptions and Organization ChartsPerform general administrative tasks, correspondence and support the HR TeamProvide support in internal communication related to HR topicsIn addition, you support the Managers in carrying out discussions and solving issues, resolving team conflicts etc. You define and supervise action plans, develop and support solutions, write reports and follow-up when needed. Your suggestions are welcome in topics such as employer branding, employee retention, team building and the constant optimization of HR processes, in order to reach the highest quality standards and employee satisfaction.ProfileCommercial background with ideally an economics degreeFurther education in HR is a must (Brevet fédéral / Eid. Fachausweis)You have gained several years' experience in a similar role and exposure in a complex, multi-cultural, fast growing and demanding environment.Professional requirementsIn this role your time management, interpersonal and organizational skills will be called upon. This is an autonomous role in which you will work closely with the Head of HR and the Management on all aspects of people management. In liaising directly with internal and external parties, your excellent negotiation and intercultural communication skills will help you perform on a daily basis.
