Today, Bvlgari operates across five business sectors: jewelry, watches, fragrances, accessories, and hospitality.Based in Switzerland, our Watches and Fragrances divisions offer an inspiring and dynamic environment, providing exceptional career opportunities within a truly international context.Within our Perfume Sales Travel Retail Europe & Africa team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for April 2026 a:Reporting to the Perfume Sales Travel Retail Europe & Africa Senior Manager, you are responsible for driving strategic growth and commercial performance by overseeing a major Travel Retail account, primarily in Germany and Turkey, while also supporting additional accounts across the Europe & Africa region.Strategic Account Leadership & Business DevelopmentIn this pivotal role, you define and execute a comprehensive key account strategy for the Europe & Africa Travel Retail Perfume business, in line with global brand objectives and market trends. Acting as a strategic business partner for key retail accounts, you strengthen Bvlgari’s leadership position by building and nurturing long-term relationships. You engage stakeholders at all organizational levels to promote collaborative growth initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and a distinctive identity within a dynamic and highly competitive marketplace. You lead complex commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, promotional calendars and brand visibility investments, ensuring optimal terms. You also proactively identify and assess emerging market opportunities and potential new key accounts within the Europe & Africa Travel Retail landscape.Performance & Data-Driven GrowthAs a proactive business developer, you leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize overall performance. You are responsible for developing and managing annual sales budgets and ambitious growth targets, creating detailed action plans and commercial initiatives to ensure achievement. You use advanced analytics to monitor sales performance, forecast revenues and identify trends and opportunities. You strictly monitor and manage support budget expenses, ensuring efficient allocation and creation of necessary purchase orders. In collaboration with Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you ensure optimal product assortment and inventory management across key accounts.Brand Experience & Market PresenceYou will act as a brand ambassador, championing Bvlgari’s brand positioning and elevating its ranking across all points of sale, ensuring consistent luxury presentation and consumer experience. You strategically plan and negotiate integrated marketing activities with local partners, leveraging in-store activations within allocated budgets. Working closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams, you ensure impactful representation of the brand within POS. You conduct compelling business presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners, articulating strategy and performance.Team Leadership & DevelopmentIn addition, you manage a team of locally based Sales Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You are in charge of recruiting, training, mentoring and motivating a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers and Beauty Advisors. You oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with external agencies for beauty advisor staffing and provide regular performance feedback, coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds objectives.Your BackgroundHolder of a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, you bring at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in international key account management, with significant exposure to the luxury goods sector and Travel Retail, ideally in perfumes or cosmetics.You demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing, sales processes as well as of the luxury consumer journey. With proven experience in managing, coaching and motivating sales teams, you are recognized for your strong leadership skills and ability to foster high performance.You have proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share expansion in complex, multi-market environments. Equipped with excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen and strategic thinking, you adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
