To pursue our mission, we are looking for a:Junior Field Robotics EngineerYour missions :Validate and support new products, features, and proofs of concepts during field and internal testing phases.Identify, analyze, and understand potential issues or bugs in collaboration with development teams.Produce detailed, clear, and structured reports understandable by technical and non-technical audiences.During the agricultural season, participate in shift rotations to support customers across different time zones (Europe and the US).Directly interact with customers, providing professional and precise guidance when needed.Design and develop proof of concepts to de-risk upcoming developments and confirm market suitability.Think creatively to propose fast and efficient technical solutions across multiple domains (software, electronics, mechanics).Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to challenge ideas and ensure robust solutions.Your profile :A Bachelor's degree or higher degree in software, electronics, robotics, or a related fieldExcellent understanding of the agricultural world and its challenges is requiredDriving license is required, trailer license and ability to drive a tractor are a plusHands-on experience in field validation, testing, or technical support is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetComfortable working across multiple technical domains and willing to learn beyond your core expertiseYou have :Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues in simple termsConfident and professional when interacting with customersDesire to travel across Europe and the US (other regions possible), at least one week every two monthsFluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus)Adaptability, flexibility and proactivityOur benefits :Ecorobotix focuses on providing an enjoyable workplace for its employees by offering:Stimulating working conditions (flexibility, working environment, training, etc.)Up to two days of remote work per week5 weeks of holidaysAdvantageous pension fund planContribution to public transport expenses
