Each equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed – adjustable for relaxing, working or sleeping, every element of the room is sleek and modern. The hotel also offers a 24/7 fully equipped gym for hotel guests. Front Office is the hub of all activity at our hotel. Use our self-service kiosks to check-in and out under a minute or guests can speak to our always on-hand crew. We will also give local neighbourhood tips, emergency supplies and toiletries, or extra keys and towels. Available and ready to help 24/7.At the heart of YOTEL Geneva Lake will be HYGGE, a one-of-a-kind entertainment, meeting, and co-working destination developed by the leading food and beverage operators in the Lake Geneva region, Caviar House Airport Premium - Switzerland. Covering over 2,000sqm (21,500 sqft), HYGGE will feature a indoor and outdoor Danish-inspired restaurant, bar, and café, cutting-edge meeting facilities, and ample co-working space. HYGGE will be a destination within a destination.Featuring contemporary Nordic architecture, the space is designed to constantly evolve to accommodate everything from intimate dinners to large entertainment events, including sporting showcases, weddings, and product launches. Ideal for both business and leisure guests, regional commuters, and neighbourhood residents, it will become the ideal place to eat, meet, work and play.About the roleThe role ofHotel Receptionistworking at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull shift! You will get to interact with our great guests, making sure their stay at YOTEL is seamless and that everything is working in the hotel safely and how it should – making you very important to us indeed!More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:·Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous mannerSupport our guests to check in and out efficiently using our Self Service StationsManage reservations and room assignmentsHandle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local attractionsProcess payments and issue receiptsCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needsMaintain a tidy and professional reception areaThe skills we are looking for are:Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailConfident using computers and booking softwareAbility to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbout YOTELWith 23 properties in sought-after locations globally, YOTEL is for people on the move.
