Our diverse competencies, including AI & Data, Cyber Security, Technology Strategy and Transformation, and Finance Platforms, collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive technological advancements that empower our clients to achieve their goals.Your key responsibilitiesLead business development activities in field of AI and Data in Romandie region, including preparing client proposals and driving strategic initiatives.Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients, focusing on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, AI enablement, data engineering, and scalable application development.Implement solutions bringing impact to Financial Services, including CRM systems, ERP, CBS, KYC, Data Platforms, and others, focusing on resolving clients’ data challenges.Lead project teams delivering tangible results by helping clients to build robust technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Technology Consulting team by mentoring younger colleagues, trainings and building Data & AI knowledge base.Collaborate with local and international EY teams across geographies and industries to deliver high-impact client solutions.What we look forHigher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar contexts in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance, with a strong focus on implementing data-heavy systems such as CRM, Data Platforms etc. , either in-house or as a consultant.Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams.Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions such as CRM (particularly Microsoft Dynamics), CBS, KYC, Data Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning as they apply to tangible use cases and business insights.Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts such as Data Lake, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, ETL, Streaming etc.Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI is a plus.Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders.Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.Full professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad to collaborate with international teams and clients.What’s in it for youHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
