We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and elevate our brand presence in the market.Job Summary:As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for driving product awareness, brand recognition, and effective market placement for our line of industrial UV inkjet printing presses. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s image as a provider of luxury, sophisticated industrial printing solutions.Key Responsibilities:·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our UV inkjet printing presses, with a focus on enhancing product awareness and brand recognition, with sensitivities towards different cultures in the various global regions.·Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, utilising insights to inform marketing initiatives.·Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to create compelling messaging and marketing collateral that highlights product features and benefits.·Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, webinars, and print advertising to reach target audiences effectively.·Manage the company’s online presence, including social media platforms and the company website, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content that reflects the high-tech nature of our products.Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, trade publications, and partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results and ROI.Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and market trends to inform executive decision-making.Key Role Requirements :Prior Knowledge of Digital UV-Inkjet Printing for Labels and the Printing and packaging industry is required.Note: Applicants without this knowledge shall not be considered.·Applicants shall be required to travel up to 65% outside of Switzerland, which will includeUK, EMEA, USA, The Far East, and Latin America.Understanding of LetterPress, FlexoGraphic, and Digital Printing industries.Proficient in EnglishProficient in Graphic Art creation with understanding of the printing industries requirements.Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in marketing, Business, or a related field.Internships welcome, see notes regarding application procedure.Experience in marketing within the industrial equipment or printing industry; experience with UV inkjet technology is a plus.Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling and creating engaging content.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Internships welcome as training in the printing industry is specific to the success of the job, over and above the qualifications listed here.Benefits:·Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.·Comprehensive healthcare benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Dynamic and innovative work environment.Salary to be discussed should the candidate reach the 2nd stage of the interview process which will include a Director and Member Of The Board for Dantex Group.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience with the subject line “Corporate Marketing Strategist application.”
