Europe is a particular area for such expansion.Role Overview:As theOperations Specialist, you will join a small team in Lausanne and support our contract delivery within Switzerland. You may also support our wider operations in the region.Fluency, written and verbal, in both the German and English language is a necessary requirement to support our Cantonal customers in Switzerland. Any other languages, at any level, would be beneficial though not essential.From the Lausanne office you will manage the stock of equipment, including in country logistic supply via the postal service and provide the first line of direct customer support, whether through telephone or email engagement.Alongside the day-to-day operations conducted from the office there will be a necessity for some travel to customer offices within Switzerland, specifically those that are German speaking, for face-to-face meetings and delivery of some training relating to the equipment and software. Training will predominantly be supplied in Lausanne however it may also be preferable to attend Buddi’s UK office occasionally.You will help in identifying and nurturing good practice, helping maintain strong customer relationships, and ensuring we meet and exceed our service delivery standards.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support to help customers meet their Electronic Monitoring (EM) objectives, including timely and accurate equipment deliveries and technical advice.Support the delivery of training and knowledge sharing sessions, both upon request and by identifying areas for improvement.Support the completion of contractual obligations, such as the management of SLAs, KPIs, and the delivery of regular performance reports.Participate in regular account management meetings, capturing customer feedback and driving continuous service enhancements.Contribute to wider business development activities including supporting new customer implementations.Required Skills & Experience:Fluency in German and English.A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for customer support and personal development.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Quick learner with the ability to understand and then explain Buddi’s products and services.Excellent attention to detail, particularly in billing and data accuracy.Competency with office-based IT tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)Eligibility to work in Switzerland.Desirable Skills:Previous experience in direct customer communication.Additional Information:Buddi supplies its equipment to criminal justice agencies, therefore data security, confidentiality and security vetting are contractual necessities.Willingness to achieve any available high-level security vetting is required.Compliance with all data security and confidentiality requirements, whether from Buddi or our customers, is a necessity.If you’re passionate about customer success, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
