.NET Engineer

Finders is recruiting a Software Engineer for a leading private bank in Switzerland.

We are looking for someone passionate about building scalable, efficient and sustainable software, and creating high-quality digital experiences for internal and external users.Responsibilities• Design and implement robust, scalable systems using modern technologies.• Refactor and optimize the existing codebase to improve reliability, scalability and maintainability.• Develop extensions to the current e-banking back-end solution.• Drive migration to new technologies, platforms and language features, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.• Provide guidance, training and feedback to support the team's growth and technical excellence.Profile• Higher education in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or a completed technical apprenticeship.• 5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer working with C#.• Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, and excellent knowledge of .NET 8.0.• Ability to assess problems, set priorities and solve complex technical challenges.• Proven track record in driving technology forward.• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to take ownership.• Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently.• Ability to perform under pressure.• Fluency in English.If you find this role interesting, please apply today.
