Discover the roles currently available below and take the next step in your professional journey with us.ResponsibilitiesActive support and confident deputy for the Head ConciergeTaking charge of the lobby team in the absence of the Head ConciergeEfficient organisation and reliable execution of all internal and external guest assignmentsCompetent first point of contact for guests facing any concerns or challengesSecure management of mail and monitoring of the fire alarm systemsTimely forwarding of incoming guest messagesSale of hotel services and fulfilment of individual guest requests with the utmost discretionEnsuring smooth and seamless operations at the lobby—both operationally and in personnel mattersProfessional and solution-oriented handling of guest complaintsStrict compliance with hotel-specific standards and the Quality Management System (AMS)Consistent adherence to and implementation of standards in the Environmental Management System (EMS)Independent handling and coordination of all reservations (tee-times, taxis, external restaurants, etc.)Why Join Us?At The Alpina Gstaad, we believe that taking care of our team is as important as delighting our guests. Your profileCompleted education in hotel managementProven experience in a similar position in a comparable luxury hospitality environmentStrong leadership skills and a genuine team playerExcellent command of English and at least one additional language (German or French)Confident, professional and authentic manner – both verbally and in written communicationIn-depth knowledge of the local culture and offerings is a major advantageThorough understanding of all front desk and concierge operationsOutstanding organisational skills and a structured approach to workSensitivity to situations and people – able to anticipate needs and act proactivelyThe Alpina GstaadThe Alpina Gstaad is a Swiss luxury hotel for travelers with the highest expectations.
