As we grow, we’re looking for passionate people to join us in our journey to become the benchmark for real estate transactions.The Role: UX/UI Product DesignerWe’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer (80-100%) to shape the design of our key products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and analysts to solve complex challenges and create seamless user experiences across our 6 different products.You’ll need strong expertise in User Interface Design, with skills in micro-animations and prototyping.What You’ll Do

• Design top-notch UIs for our products
• Ideate, test, and iterate on solutions to ensure user-centered designs
• Follow a human-centered approach, applying qualitative and quantitative research to take informed design decisions
• Facilitate workshops to support product and business goals (discovery, feedback sessions, ideation, etc.)
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver key product experiences while improving existing ones
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal design processes

What We’re Looking For3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Product Design – experience with building & managing design systems in FigmaFluent in (Swiss-)German and EnglishVery strong wireframing and prototyping skills (proficiency with Figma and/or similar tools)Ability to visualize ideas through mock-ups, sketches, or prototypesOwnership of design processes and self-directed work within product teamsDetail-oriented and a critical thinker with a balance between UX and UI designExperience planning and facilitating workshops with both internal teams and clientsBonus pointsExperience working remotely in distributed teamsKnowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS) or basic programmingPrevious experience in real estate or fintech industriesProficiency in FrenchHow do you apply If you’re ready to grow with us and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
