A Swiss-based foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support its operations on a part-time basis (50%) for a fixed term of four months. Description
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and internal communications.
• Support travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Profile
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally in an international or non-profit setting.
• Excellent command of both English and French.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented.
