Drive proposal teams as applicable, maintaining and updating action trackers to ensure timely completion of tasks.Pursuit Process Management: Be responsible for all or part of the management of larger advisory pursuit processes, including coordination of content, design, preparation and review of key documents such as the request for proposal (RFP) response and orals presentation.Platform development: Evolve our highly valued online advisory pursuit support platform. Implement and enhance AI/digital processes to streamline proposal management.Collaboration: Work closely with the partner, director and other members of the pursuit team for the proposals you support, helping to manage key internal stakeholders. Manage and prioritise the design support of our offshore delivery centre teams.RFP Requirements: Ensure early understanding of RFP requirements and define and communicate a clear response strategy and solution.Win Strategies: Support the pursuit sales coach and advisory pursuit team in developing win strategies, including compelling storytelling and unique selling propositions (USPs).Expertise Leveraging: You will over time, develop a deep understanding of our global PwC network and Swiss organisation and leverage this to identify the right expertise, experience and credentials to be brought to the pursuits you support.Debriefings and Pipeline Management: Lead and participate in internal as well as external debriefings to ensure that lessons learned are implemented. Additionally, support senior management on Sales pipeline-related matters (e.g. in Salesforce).Internal Presentations: Represent the Activation Hub in internal PwC forums (e.g. introductory training to PwC advisory new joiners).Your Skill SetEducation: Degree in marketing, sales, business, finance, design/communications or journalismLanguages: Fluent in written and spoken English and German. French would be an advantage.Collaborative mindset: Capable of working collaboratively to coordinate and drive international pursuit teams.Analytical and writing skills: Strong ability to translate complex information into compelling written and visual key messagesProblem solving: Pragmatic, objective, and creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to multi-task.Any questions?
