We are a privately-owned company, where the warmth of family meets the scale of a global organisation.Join us in shaping our vision to provide new health solutions advancing human life.Your main tasks and responsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert (SME) between cybersecurity and the lines of business informing them of the risk implications of critical decisions by combining empirical analysis with expert judgment to assess business decisionsDevelop an understanding of business goals and reframe risk discussions in business termsEstablish risk ownership and accountability within the business lineConduct regular risk assessments,identifying vulnerabilities, potential threats, and the impact on critical systemsDevelop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with organisational cybersecurity policiesCompliance and Regulatory Adherence:Ensure that Departments and their Systems adhere toindustry standards, and internal policies.

Regularly audit and review their portfolio’s environments to ensure ongoing compliance and address any gaps or deficiencies in security practicesLead Projects of medium complexity within the department and across ITYour expertise and ideal skill setBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g.

Cyber Security, Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems)Technical or risk management certification (e.g., CCNA or CISM) is a bonusAt least 7 years of experience in a related fieldExperience from working at manufacturing companies (Pharmaceutical environment is a bonus)Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with various departments and sites within the organizationAbility to communicate complex technical challenges in a non-technical wayAbility to simplify regulatory and compliance requirementsAbility to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentalitySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyUnderstanding of some or either of the following control frameworks: ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST or IEC-62443Track issues for compliance gaps and facilitate the implementation of remediation plansYour department - where you make an impactJoin our Cyber Security team and play a key role in strengthening our organisation’s digital resilience.
