We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Governance Assistant to provide temporary support to our governance team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

Missions
• Provide administrative and logistical support to governance-related meetings and processes
• Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence in English
• Coordinate scheduling, prepare agendas, and take minutes for governance meetings
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support governance activities
• Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations
• Support compliance with internal governance policies and procedures
Profil du candidat
• Native-level English speaker (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in administrative or governance support roles, ideally in an international or non-profit setting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
