• Support and maintain theCSV team throughout the documentlifecycle by:

• Organizing storage and identification of CSV documents in cabinets.
• Scanning CSV documents
• Managing CSV document access: consultation and archiving per site archiving rules.
• Offer administrative support for Managing Access Rights of Computerized Systems
• Provide administrative support for IT andCSV consultant recruitment, including:

• Handling legal documentation (Service Agreement, Mutual Confidentiality Agreement).
• Tracking orders and invoices.
• Contribute to improving administrative processes, promoting the transition to more electronic workflows.
• Ensure a secure approach, staying current with administration process changes, and assisting the team in adapting to these changes.
• Assist IT and CSV services in managing the backlog (demand list in Sharepoint) by organizing regular meetings with identified requesters.
• Undertake any other specific tasks assigned by management.

Description du profil :

• 2-5 years of experience in the field of service assistant in industry private sector
• Proficiency in writing and oral communication, very well organized.
• Knowledge in IT, minimum in o365 tools such as Microsoft outlook, sharepoint, word, excel, Teams
• Fluent in both French and English.
• You are available immediately.
