Stellenwerk AG is looking for a Finance Manager (80-100%) to join the team in Zürich.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Managing financial accounting (GL, AP, AR), including bookings in Abacus
• Preparing annual financial statements (Swiss CO), VAT returns, and coordinating audits
• Overseeing cash management and cost monitoring
• Coordinating external partners (auditors, fiduciaries, authorities) and managing outsourced services
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
We are looking for someone with:
• At least 10 years of accounting experience in a Swiss B2B environment
• Commercial background with further education in finance (e.g. Swiss Fachausweis Finance and Accounting or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• A structured and pro-active working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
