Mid Level Legal Counsel - Corporate & Trading
An human-sized international trading company currently expanding its presence in Geneva as part of its global growth strategy.
Description
•
Manage corporate secretarial matters for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong governance standards
•
Support corporate structuring initiatives, including potential relocation of headquarters and international expansion
•
Contribute to compliance and internal audit topics in collaboration with global teams
•
Assist on cross-border investments and projects, particularly in growth regions
•
Gradually support the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts
Profile
•
3-8 years of expertise in corporate law, ideally within an international environment (law firm or in-house)
•
Swiss-qualified lawyer (essential requirement)
•
Strong command of English (mandatory); French is a plus
•
Hands-on, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple topics
•
Solid exposure to corporate governance and a strong interest in trading activities
