As part of a temporary reinforcement, our client is seeking an
Events Assistant
for an initial
2-month assignment
, with the possibility of extension up to
6 months.
You will join a dynamic team responsible for organizing high-level events (conferences, intergovernmental meetings, workshops, etc.) and contribute to the successful delivery of event-related activities.

Our client is an international organisation.
Missions
•
Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, coordination of venues, equipment, catering)
•
Manage participant registrations and ensure proper administrative follow-up
•
Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
•
Assist in the preparation of event documentation (agendas, participant lists, materials)
•
Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations
•
Contribute to administrative tasks within the team (reporting, database updates, etc.)
Profil du candidat
•
Degree in Events Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
•
Initial background in event coordination, ideally within an international environment
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
•
Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•
Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit
