Job opening — Senior Legal Officer | Swissquote Bank SA | CH.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
We are looking for someone with:
• : Master degree in Swiss Law and Swiss bar exam. Any additional qualification such as an LL.M or a CAS are considered as an asset;
• : Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry or related fields
• (e.g. as a jurist/lawyer in the banking industry, in a Big 4 or a law firm with focus on commercial and banking law), with a proven track record of handling complex and sensitive banking and/or commercial matters.
• Experience handling litigation matters post-bar exam, particularly in regulated environments, is considered as an asset;
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
