Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities
•
Lead and coordinate completion and base maintenance, modification, activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
•
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
•
Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
•
Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
•
Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
•
Act as certifying staff to release aircraft into service and perform double inspections
•
Ensure full compliance with Part-21 and Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
•
Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment
•
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment
•
Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments
•
Good communication skills
•
Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative
•
Awareness of highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
The expertise you have & skills you bring
•
Valid EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C with type ratings in Airbus and Boeing
•
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in base maintenance, including 4 – 5 years’ experience in Part-21 Certifying Staff
•
Experience in a leader position would be of advantage
•
Fluent in English, French or German would be an advantage
