Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Strategy & Operations Consultant to support the Vice President of IT in a dynamic, international environment. This role acts as a strategic and technical advisor, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives while driving operational excellence across a wide portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the VP of IT and multiple IT managers, providing both technical insight and project oversight across international initiatives.
Strategic Support
•
Act as a trusted advisor and "right hand" to the VP of IT on strategic and operational matters
•
Provide technical input and challenge IT project approaches to ensure sound decision-making
•
Contribute to the definition and execution of IT strategy across international operations
Project & Portfolio Management
•
Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of IT and IoT projects across multiple regions
•
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
•
Facilitate communication between IT managers and leadership
•
Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and strategic goals
Technical Coordination
•
Engage with IT managers and technical teams to review project architectures and solutions
•
Act as the "technical eye" for the VP, ensuring consistency, quality, and feasibility
•
Support decision-making on complex technical topics
Operations & Governance
•
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting
•
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
•
Monitor KPIs and performance indicators across the IT portfolio
Financial & Administrative Oversight
•
Manage and track IT-related invoices and budgets in coordination with finance teams
•
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes
•
Support cost control and optimization initiatives
Profile
•
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
•
3+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or strategy roles
•
Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and project delivery methodologies
•
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
•
Work closely with senior leadership in a high-impact role
•
Participate in international, large-scale IT
•
Gain a broad and strategic view of IT operations and transformation
•
