The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service management (ITSM) and business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.Design, develop, and configureServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.ImplementITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, or other ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.Develop and maintainServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and applications.Customize and scriptServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide, and REST/SOAP APIs.Collaborate with stakeholdersto gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Maintain and optimizeexisting ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices and compliance.Troubleshootissues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Provide technical guidanceand training to internal teams and end-users.Stay updatedon new ServiceNow features and enhancements to drive innovation within the organization.HOW YOU SUCCEEDProven experienceas a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Administrator.Strong expertisein ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, or other modules.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Business Rules.Experience in developingServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.Familiaritywith UI/UX design for ServiceNow portals and dashboards.Strong problem-solving skillswith the ability to work independently and in a team.Certificates: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant certifications (CIS, CAD, etc.) are a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks is preferred.Fluent in German is mandatory for location Zurich, Bern or BaselOPPORTUNITY PROVIDER – WHAT MAKES ADESSO SPECIALOur promise: You will feel at home with us!
